Personnel was affable and very good!
I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its lovely and the location is great on coast. The breakfast was great, had variety of options and the food was outstanding. The classic double room was well-appointed with zebra themed decor, open bathroom, as for instance🙂👌

Loved the decor of the room! The bath tub was brilliant. It changed colors!! Our 7 year old loved this. The automatic lights were very easy and the beach access was 2 minutes away. Breakfast was yummy and worth the price!

The room was excellent, extremely clean, comfortable and modern. The sea view is fantastic, I would certainly recommend this to friends.
The only slightly negative comment I have which I passed on to the staff was that if they are trying to attract the tourist trade then perhaps copies of their excellent menu in more than one language might be an idea.

The location is beautiful and easily accessible from Calais. We were in an executive double room which was a good size with an excellent view over the sea from double glass doors. There was a balcony but it provided the only access to three rooms, so it was not private. The people next door had to walk through our bit to get into their room. They were very discreet and tried not to look into our room - but we needed to close the curtains sometimes! The decor was light and bright and the shower was great. Staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate us especially when our phone and WIFI didn't work.
We arrived just as the restaurant had stopped serving lunch. People were still eating so we asked for a drink - we hadn't stopped on our journey from Calais. We were told no, as this was a restaurant not a bar. We went for a walk as our room wasn't ready, to see if we could get a drink, but there is nothing in the area. When we got back the waiter, who showed us to our room said the nearest place to get a drink was 15 minutes away. (It is actually a 5 minute drive). I speak French so he hadn't misunderstood. We asked for room service and he said he would send his colleague to us. Nobody came and the phone in our room did't work, so we went out and didn't bother with hotel services again. Reception was manned by staff doubling up jobs.

Bathroom light sensor faulty causing light to stay on all night. Tiny separate loo right next to bed with no extractor fan.Showerr attachment had no wall fitting.Ceiling shower caked in calcium so water goes in all directions and floods bathroom.Room door lock faulty so difficult to lock at night.Bedside table unusable because of monster bedside light. Chair and sofa in room, both with low backs and uncomfortable.Foldaway table top/writing surface no able to secure(folded away) so left down making it a hazard. All night long there was a background noise, possible water related which gave us both a disturbed night. This was a high priced hotel, discounted for the low season which I would recomment to nobody.

The bedroom was a delight
Having to wait 5 minutes for the 4th main course to arrive, why did the kitchen not hold back the other 3

Excellent location on top of the cliffs. Nice spacious room, nicely decorated in African lodge-style, spacious bathroom with bath (also for standard room). The bed was very good. Lovely surroundings. Very quiet in the evenings and at night. Nice little garden to relax in by the hotel. Close to lovely villages like le Treport. Possibility to make nice walks up the cliffs, beach and in the forest. The excellent location and room make this hotel well worth the visit.
The quality of the food in the restaurant was okay but not excellent. For the high prices you'd expect better food. Breakfast at €16 a person too expensive. No fridge or minibar in the room. No other restaurants available in Bois de Cise.

The hotel was beautifully located on the cliff overlooking the gorgeous panaramic view of Le Cise bay which is completely stunning! We took the Junior suite and after a hard cycle from Honfleur we arrived to find a bottle of champagne chilling in the room which was a real treat! We enjoyed a really gourmet, fabulous dinner that evening and a tasty breakfast to stoke us up for the days cycle ahead (we were working our way from Cherbourg to Calais). The hotel room was picturesque and really modernly decorated - very aesthetic! Looking forward to a return visit!
The staff were generally very nice and chatty and helpful a few though were not.
